We want you to be happy with your purchase and come back for more! Please read carefully, as we are NOT a fast fashion website. When you shop with us, your purchase includes free alterations and free customizations where applicable.

1. We utilize every ounce of fabric in our unique handmade designs to ensure nothing goes to waste.

2. Our designs are original to us; we create the patterns, source materials, sew, cut, and hand-trim everything right here in the United States. All of our artisans are approved for their handmade creations.

3. To us, quality is more important than profit. We source heavier fabrics, use high-end threads, conduct stretch tests on seams, and wind test motorcycle gear. We want you to love your custom clothing as much as we love creating it.

4. If your outfit needs to be altered before purchase or within one month after, we will provide free alterations for you.

5. Our customers are like family, and we believe in helping each other out. If one of our unique handmade designs becomes defective due to sewing, we will repair it for you at no extra charge. Please note that fabric disintegrations or improper care are not covered.

6. If you require something customized or personalized, you get one free word per purchase where offered; additional words can be added for a fee.

8. We offer free shipping on purchases over $250.00.

9. We provide unique services, including:

   a. Custom designing your own outfit.

   b. Sending your fabric to be sewn into one of our designs.

   c. Sending your pattern and fabric to be sewn for you.

   d. Creating a unique gift for someone special.

   e. If you're interested in learning to sew or want to become your own designer, contact us for consulting fees or classes. We aim to help the next generation grow by understanding their colors for a better shopping experience.

10. THE MOST IMPORTANT: We DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS! Our items are handmade and made to order. Please read our policies before buying; you are purchasing a one-of-a-kind piece of art made from fabric or other materials.

11. Available items on the website are shipped out the following day via standard shipping unless expedited shipping is selected. Custom designed items that need to be sewn will ship out within 3-5 days after ordering. Items you send to us for sewing will be shipped out within three weeks after your order.

12. If you need to return an item for alterations, the shipping method and cost will be your responsibility for shipping back and forth; only the alteration service is free.
